Rude and dismissive. Walked in and there was one person being helped. The guy behind the counter acknowledged me when she was checking out and I told him that I needed the parts to fix a faucet - I had the stem in hand. After the woman left, he explained that he was the only one there and that I could leave the piece and they would fix it when they could get to it. I told him I just needed the parts. He looked at it and said "Well, I would still have to put it on the bench and charge you to dig out the washer. I don't want to have to scrounge around for a new one." I said "I'll dig it out." His response: "Whatever". I went out to my truck dug it out and then said the hell with it and left. I have been here numerous times and have always received solid advice and professional assistance. If I needed a part, the person knew exactly what I needed and where to find it - obviously those days are long gone. If you are a happy homeowner who doesn't know jack about plumbing... this is your place. I have never had a problem they can't help me with. I can show them a part or a picture and they know exactly what I need. Haven't been able to stump them yet. I wish more places were like this. Thanks Comet plumbing. ????

We had an issue with an old shower fixture. From the moment we walked in the building, until I just finished a phone call with them, there has been nothing short of friendly professionalism! Matt and Earl really went out of their way to help us out, and offer suggestions that went beyond what we thought the issue was. These gentlemen were not “question asked, question answered”….
