I had a great experience with this company. They are quick, efficient, very friendly and easy to work with. I started with an annual maintenance check and he ended up finding an issue that could’ve been very serious eventually so thank you for being knowledgeable and trustworthy. Update- had the same technician, David, come out to fix the issue with our unit. The turn around was so quick. He explained everything so that I could understand and had pictures to back it up. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you!

The way they operate Borders on criminal. My furnace has never had a filter. I called them because there's no air coming out of the Vents. The man from Guy Smith spent 20 minutes on my A/C and tells me I need a new coil and outside unit that's going to cost $7000. Then he hands me a bill for $439. SEVEN GRAND is not in my budget, so I call another A/C repair company. This guy cleans my condenser (the pictures show it was plugged with dirt), fixes the vent tube and installs a filter. my A/C works great and he changed me $180 TOTAL. Guy Smith set me a receipt that came with six pages of legal jargon that they weren't responsible no matter how bad they screwed me. I called them and after it became clear that I would not be an easy victim, they gave me back $350. Terrible terrible terrible company. There should be laws against stealing from people like this. Called Guy Smith with A/C problems at 1:45 and they were able to get a guy over in 45 mins- earlier than the window they quoted me which was awesome! Ended up going with a whole new hvac and Philip was very helpful in setting up financing and they are able to come next morning to install! Which in late summer heat it’s much appreciated!
