My air conditioning stopped cooling the house to the temp on the thermostat and the humidity was rising. I called and was told they could fit me in between 2-4pm that day. But he arrived early (thank goodness) and answered all my questions (a million of them) and got it working in no time! Def would call them again!!! Thomas was absolutely the best!
David was fantastic! He’s been to my house a few times to work on different things regarding my AC unit. Each time he is punctual and informative about what he is doing! He showed me everything he was doing and was upfront about pricing before he did anything. He was friendly and good hearted. I would recommend David for all of your AC needs!!
Joshua came out on a warm Saturday evening around 8:30 because for several days our AC has not cooled effectively. it would not get below 74 and was humid in our house. We have a contract with Guy Smith to do annual maintenance on our system which they installed 4-1/2 years ago. Their service and people are always very professional, prompt, and conscientious. Joshua checked the system in the attic for leaks and checked our condenser outside. He said it was a little more than a pound low on coolant so he got it topped off. He stayed until we were satisfied even though he had already had a long day. The house feels cooler now and we are glad to be with Guy Smith and their team!
