I had a great experience using Custom Home Improvement replacing my mom’s roof. This is the second time using them for a roof replacement. First time I used them was for my own roof back in 2020. They did an exceptionally job on my roof I decided to have them replace my mom roof on her house and the garage in March 2023. Kimberly the roofing manager kept in contact with me during the process and made sure everything was copacetic. Mark the project manager was on site during the job which made it easy to ask him any questions. He made sure the job ran smoothly and efficient. The work crew did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation. You would never known that a whole roof installation took place if you didn’t notice the new roof.
