This is my first-ever negative review of a company. I called three times over five days to request scheduling for non-emergency service. I left all of my contact information with their answering service and detailed the work I was requesting to be completed. Upon subsequent calls, I requested the answering service relay that it was my second and third respective attempts at reaching someone during normal business hours without receiving a callback, and they would lose my business if they could not find the time to simply call back to schedule service. Maybe the message never made it to them? Maybe they’re too busy with their current workload? Maybe they’re just too lazy to call back if they don’t think my job was worth enough money to them? If your company is in high demand - great! - but maybe take the time to tell people (or have your answering service tell people) that you’re completely booked and unable to take additional jobs. I had Mike Levinsky do some work for me which I can attest was exceptional work at the best price that I could find anywhere else. He was prompt in arriving and the work was done quicker than I could ever imagine. He installed a NEMA 14-50R in my garage for my car charger and removed my old circuit box and wiring.
