I dreaded having more repairs done to my house because of how much bad luck I've had with contractors in the past doing shoddy or incomplete work, not showing up, needing to be micromanaged, etc. Our house was a fixer-upper from the start that we've put a lot of work into over the years, and pretty much every problem you could ever have with a contractor we've had in this house. Mike and his guys were literally our first positive experience and will be the only handymen we'll ever be calling again when the need arises. They did a mix of work including siding, roof trim, and repairing a leaky back door and the rotted wood around it's frame. Had only one small problem with their repairs, which they owned up to and came back out to fix. No dodging calls once they already had our money or making bs excuses for why they needed to be paid more to amend a mistake, which was another too-common experience in the past.
