I cannot speak more highly of Upward Construction and the work they did at my house in Williamsburg. They replaced a badly weathered deck and stairs at the back of my house with a beautiful deck and stairs made of composite material with aluminum railings. They also replaced the wooden fence (also badly weathered) surrounding the HVAC units on the side of house with vinyl fencing. I contacted Upward along with several other firms, and the owner (Tim Jones) got back to me within a day and talked through the job. He then visited the site (I was away from the house) and within a few days, sent me a very detailed estimate that explained exactly work that needed to be done. I then met Tim at my house, and he answered all of my questions and discussed options. Tim and team were ready to start the job in a couple of weeks and did a really great job. Awesome job! My home experienced some wind damage at the beginning of April which required me to get a new roof and replace a piece of fascia. Tim responded to my request almost immediately. It was such a pleasure to work with someone that is so kind and knowledgeable. Within two weeks of our initial contact, I had all the repairs completed (and it was under budget).
