This service call was great. They found and corrected the issue in an hour. It wasn't easy, they had to crawl under the house and replace 2 motors that had failed. I trust them, they have always been responsive, helpful and honest. Service: HVAC system repair

I put a entire new system in 2020. I've now gone two summers in a row with major breakdowns where parts had to be ordered, for my condenser last year and now my air handler coils need to be replaced. Also electrical issues. Last year they rushed out and put portable air conditioners in my condo but it took 3 weeks for the part to come in. This year I had to call Nelson's to come out because it was going to take them 5 days before they could even look at it. Do not recommend. Services: HVAC system repair, Install AC

We called on Weather Crafters again to replace our second HVAC unit that was 19 yrs old. Appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks out (very good in this tough climate for service -related businesses). Crew was right on time and worked straight through the 5 hours it took to complete the installation. They were very professional; went about their work quietly and tested the system before finishing up. Highly recommend Weather Crafters for honesty; reliable service; well-trained service techs; and professionalism and courtesy.
