Early one morning I found a leak in the connection to my water heater (which is in the attic) so I needed it fixed ASAP. After calling Bud's they gave me a service window the next morning starting at 8am. The technician actually contacted me at 7:50 saying he could be there in 10 minutes. He quickly examined and diagnosed the leak, made a quick trip to get the required parts, then it was fixed, less than two hours start to finish. Great service. Very professional. Will use again.

Have called Bud's for checkups under their maintenance plan and for some household repairs. Saved money this time on this AC repair due again to having the maintenance plan.
