If there’s an option 0 that’s what rating they will get. We requested them to replace our back door, they came by and checked. Called us back how much the price and we agreed that they will do the job.We never received the quote by email as he said or returned our call. We still try to call just to check and we never heard from them. They ghosted us!!!

The workers showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use Kelly's Construction for all my future home improvements. The price was also reasonable compared to quotes from other contractors. Very satisfied customer!

Probably the worst I have seeing when it comes to response to customers. I called, text messaged, voice mailed and never got a reply. I was trying to get a quote, but ended up going with another company. With all the bad reviews that I see here, I wonder how they keep the Best Business Bureau rating at A+.
