Used this company to look at our septic drain field. They came out, pumped my tank full of water after another company had pumped it and then they left....big hole in the yard, etc. They left it that way, which they caused the septic to back up into the house causing waste water to come in the house. They refused to take responsibility and refused to fill the hole back in..... myself and my family had to do it before the house could sell. Terrible terrible service. Forgot to mention their missed appointments, rescheduled, etc. I'd look elsewhere.

Had an emergency with my grinder pump failed the team was out on time and tried to repair the unit Ona Sunday, but the pump was dead. They came back the next day installed the new pump and got me up and going again. Good quality job for a good price.

Nothing but an amazing experience. Our septic was full, toilet not flushing and bubbling. Called at 10am to see if AAA had any availability to come take a look. Within 4 hours, John was at my house and pumping my tanks. John was extremely professional and pleasant. I asked a million questions and he answered professionally with a smile on his face. My tanks are pumped and everything working great again. Thank you John and AAA septic! Definitely my go to from now on for any septic issues!
