Had an emergency with my grinder pump failed the team was out on time and tried to repair the unit Ona Sunday, but the pump was dead. They came back the next day installed the new pump and got me up and going again. Good quality job for a good price.

Highly recommended! This company communicates well, being punctual, and professional. The price was also very reasonable. I got my new grinder pump installed from them after feeling very disappointed by two other big name company, which cost me around 2k just diagnostic and pumping. When our 45 year old gravity septic system failed we had AAA replace it with a complete two tank, pump and pressure system (due to Health Department requirement changes). I had three companies evaluate and work on the existing system before deciding to hire Jazz with AAA Septic and Plumbing to do the project. I found him to be easy going, flexible, and honest. I was a little concerned at first as I thought there might be a language barrier as most of the crew is from India, but there was absolutely no problem as everyone was extremely patient and courteous. And all very hard working, often into the evening. I felt the company was responsive and dependable considering they worked a lot of emergencies, and obviously had multiple jobs going at the same time.
