Working with Essential Heating and Air was incredible! After getting 4 quotes for a heat pump system (and removal of the old furnace) from various companies, Essential Heating and Air was very reasonably priced and during the quote demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Our new home is a unique one to say the least. The team had a very, very long install day(s) as they found solutions to various physical barriers on property. They were independent, finding creative solutions without needing to disturb us while we were working. They ensured the work was correctly permitted and met Seattle codes, and scheduled the inspection. They also were all very, very polite to us and respectful of the property! After Day 1, we shared feedback about the original not-cute-look of the tubing on the exterior of the home. Ben and other support team members returned to find a solution that was more visually appealing. Now it looks incredible - clean, professional, and super protected.

Right from the start, Essential clearly had my best interests in mind. I'd investigated other mini-split providers, but the other quotes were nearly $10K more, or constantly pressuring me with daily calls to commit. And none of those offered the kind of placement customization Ruben from Essential walked me through. It helps when someone who performed the installations is selling them. The best part was not having to find a contractor for the electrical panel upgrade. That was included right in my estimate! Now, I can't say everything went smooth. There were issues with the 3rd party pumps, and the city had issues with the electrical panel installation. It required a few extra days of Essential coming out, and then TAPPS electric also coming out. But y'know what? They did went above and beyond to see it through.
