We called our home warranty company who sent someone out, but 2 weeks later the problem was still not fixed. Frustrated, we called many other companies, but no one could fit us in for at least a week. Called Bainbridge Heating. They responded immediately, and came out that same afternoon. Curt Carlisle rudely declined a request for quote and any further involvement because I asked if they would do duct and line-set work on customer-supplied equipment. I'm not upset about that last part, I don't blame him, but I am upset about him declining to quote a standard install of a system of their choice.

We acquired three bids for the installation of a new heat pump system. The proposal provided by Curt was spot on for what we were looking for. He listened to our needs and provided a quality system that met our budget without trying to up sell us for things we didn't want unlike the other two bidders which were much higher in cost. The installation crew that came out was very professional, respectful, and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns.
