Bainbridge Heating and Air

Curt Carlisle rudely declined a request for quote and any further involvement because I asked if they would do duct and line-set work on customer-supplied equipment. I'm not upset about that last part, I don't blame him, but I am upset about him declining to quote a standard install of a system of their choice.

We called our home warranty company who sent someone out, but 2 weeks later the problem was still not fixed. Frustrated, we called many other companies, but no one could fit us in for at least a week. Called Bainbridge Heating. They responded immediately, and came out that same afternoon. Told us exactly what was wrong, (leaking freon) and actually fixed the problem. Very professional service. So glad we found them! Service: Heating system repair

We had two previous bids for installing AC, but the day Curt came out and took his time explaining everything (including answering a question about my fireplace that had nothing to do with any of it!) we knew we would go with Bainbridge Heating and Air. He’s local, professional, considerate and really knows his stuff.the installers were wonderful and made sure every detail was taken care of. They even came back to touch up ceiling paint.
