George was great. We had a water heater fail, as they do, late on a Friday. For some reason if you Google: Plumber, Bainbridge Island, you’ll get a bunch of disconnected numbers, voicemail inboxes, and even some businesses that are not plumbers, but also George. He picked up right away and arranged to be here first thing Saturday after we coordinated what needed to be done. He put in brand new copper lines, valves, an expansion tank, and of course the water heater, which I had bought at Home Depot after checking with him on what best to get. This way I’d save some time. The install was quick and painless, and George left the place cleaner than he found it. I also felt that the price was right. Didn’t feel like it being an emergency on a weekend made it any more than it should. His business card is now at the front of our kitchen drawer for the next time any plumbing need arises. I called George because I had a leak in an underground pipe. He came the same day, wrestled with some huge tree roots, sawing through them and fixing the pipe in a big dirt hole. This took a great deal of effort and about 4 hours. George is very personable and the charge was reasonable. My first extremely positive experience with a plumber. I highly recommend him.
