Appliance Repair Team

Called yesterday and they scheduled me for 8-10am this morning. I called and 10am and was told that my appointment window was 9-11am and that was not at all what I was told. The gal said she couldn't say anything as she didn't know who made the appt but that she would call the tech to narrow down a time and call me back. No call back. At 10:52 I received a text from the tech saying he would be here in 20 mins so that put it at 11:10. John, the tech, was great, but there was a serious communication issue. Wouldn't use again.

Highly recommend their service. Front Desk lady was quick and professional in booking appointment the same day. Val communicated his arrival time clearly and was professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to get my dishwasher serviced on the same day. Maxim was very professional. He came and fix it in no time!!! I can't be happier than this. Thanks, Maxim! Now I know who to call when I have the faulty appliances.
