Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We were so impressed with Jesse. We have a home that was built in the late 60s. Jesse took the time to explain the type of construction we have, then showed us what our issue was. He went over the options and future concerns/options. He fixed our root issue in just a little while. It was great having a person that actually understands systems and has a background in the work, is experienced and is knowledgeable..... I just scheduled two quoting appointments for my plumbing issue so I could have some basic price comparison. The Roto-Rooter technician came to my door and asked me how many companies I had contacted, I felt strange about the question but still told him, then he made a comment saying he couldn't serve the quote estimate due to the other company also arrived(both just gave a few hours service window which I have no way to control), then he left. There was an electrician service team working on a light issue at the house overhearing the conversation, they later made a comment that he appeared very rude and unprofessional, what is wrong with getting a quote before making a decision for the repair? I totally agree. What an arrogant service team the company has, I have used countless services in my life and this is the first time a service man told me he couldn't serve the quote appointment due to there is a second quote coming. I called on a Saturday for a house in Shelton, wa. The dispatcher said someone would be there within two hours, and sure enough Jesse was there about two hours later. There's no charge for coming out and giving an estimate, which is a good sign. Jesse clearly had a ton of experience and helped us find the septic tank. It took a bit of work to find the tank and run a camera through, but Jesse had a good attitude and he actually kind of made the process fun, like solving a puzzle. Anyway, the price was fair for the work and the response was timely. I'd call these folks again for future plumbing needs. Service: Sewer repair
