Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I just scheduled two quoting appointments for my plumbing issue so I could have some basic price comparison. The Roto-Rooter technician came to my door and asked me how many companies I had contacted, I felt strange about the question but still told him, then he made a comment saying he couldn't serve the quote estimate due to the other company also arrived(both just gave a few hours service window which I have no way to control), then he left. There was an electrician service team working on a light issue at the house overhearing the conversation, they later made a comment that he appeared very rude and unprofessional, what is wrong with getting a quote before making a decision for the repair? I totally agree. What an arrogant service team the company has, I have used countless services in my life and this is the first time a service man told me he couldn't serve the quote appointment due to there is a second quote coming. Jessie is amazing!! I am a property manager and I called in on a Sunday for a clog emergency at one of our units. The dispatcher was efficient and friendly. He, provided me with details on a timeframe for a tech to arrive. Jessie came to the rescue! Jesse was incredible! He treated us more like friends he had known for years, rather than a new customer he had just met. He was a very knowledgeable and professional person who provided us an excellent service at an decent price and in a very timely manner. He was very friendly and provided maintenance tips to keep our system flowing in the future. He explained everything very clearly and answered any and all of my questions, as only someone with many years in the field can do. Their manager called us and kept us informed to when he was arriving, and he showed up exactly on time.
