Green House Plumbing and Heating Bellevue

Made appointment with Matt on Monday 1/9/2023 for a 9:30AM appointment on Friday 1/13/2022. Get a call from Green House Plumbing that original appointment at 9:30AM will need to be changed to noon on same day 1/13. Not a problem since I already re-arranged my work schedule to accommodate. No show at 12:00, so I called and talked to Matt. Was told that I did not have an appointment scheduled and he did not know why since I was in their call log for the change in times. Matt said he would get a tech out by 3:00pm. Get a message on my cell from Connie that tech at 3PM will not be able to make it and to call her back. I did and had to explain that the 3pm was not an add on to their day but was supposed to be a previously scheduled appointment and explained what happened with the changes.
