I called OutToday about an issue with an electrical switch and was quoted $100 just to come out and look, seems like a good deal, all I needed was to know if the issue was in the wall or not. Guy comes out a few days later spends 30 minutes investigating and 30 minutes fixing his non contact voltage tester. We find the issue then he mumbles in a heavy accent "I can just throw a new GCFI for 49...". Assuring me he is giving me the best deal and not rewiring my whole wall for $1k. Replaces a single outlet and leaves the drywall scraps and old outlet on the counter. I then find out he has charged me $500 instead of $150 so I call to see if there has been a mistake. I immediately get yelled at and talked over with him stating that: - I deserve to pay more because I make good money - I should pay more because my condo was expensive (since 500k is expensive in bellevue??) After not being able to get in a word without getting screamed at, he tells me he is with a client and will call me back

Very impressed the technician J that came out to help us. He was timely, professional, provided us with a few options for installation and gave my husband and I time to make a decision.
