Being both informative and understanding he was able to make us comfortable with the scale of spend we were making. Absolutely zero challenges with any elements of the install / upgrade process. I just want to say thank you and how very satisfied I am with the installation of the equipment from the Marr's technicians Trevor and Devon. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived at the scheduled appointment time, and informed me they would go over how to operate the heat pump and furnace, and went straight to work with the installation. During the job they took the care to wear their shoe booties when I was shone how to operate the thermostat, and answered all the questions about the heat pump equipment outside. During and after the job they kept things clean. I just wanted Marr' Heating & Air Conditioning to know how satisfied my experience was and would recommend their services to others and friends.
