I would not recommend using this company. I called for an estimate to come and look at my furnace and mini split. They gave me a quote of what it would cost which I had no problem with. When I got the bill they charged me $119 saying it’s for driving out to my house. That is completely ridiculous and would have just gone with someone that doesn’t charge you to drive out and service your equipment. Stay away from this company!!! As a loyal, seventeen-year customer, I scheduled annual service. Immediately after, the furnace stopped working. It took a week for the repair person to return to fix the issue, leaving my elderly parents in the November cold for a week. To fix this issue, they charged three separate $98 trip fees to arrive at the job site, which is 3.2 miles away. Upon contact, their customer service skills were deplorable, including two separate phone calls where they could not find my account due to association with my husband’s name. Avoid this organization to avoid inflated bills and frigid customer care.
Was having a problem with a heater that was purchased and installed through Northwest Energy Systems, So I contacted them in hopes of getting the issue fixed, they were very slow about getting back to me and come out to look at it when they did they said to let them know if there was any other issues with it. well the same issue that was fixed came back about a week later. so I called them. they didn't call back... A week later I called again to asked what the issue was, they told me that I needed to replace the same thing again that I had just paid to have replaced?? ( Very odd, considering I just spent a good amount of money having it fixed, then was told I needed to place the same part that they had already came and fixed to begin with.... I also found it very odd that they were more worried about getting payment information over the phone first, then actually trying to fix the problem that I had previously paid for) was told to leave a voicemail for a certain person. did that,
