Sundance Energy Services did an excellent job of installing two ductless heat pumps this week at our house. We are returning customers of Sundance and their previous excellent service has gotten even better. We would like to thank Deanna, Curtis, and JD for their wonderful company leadership and installers John, Nick and Adam for their experience and professional work. I called Sundance Energy Services out to my house to service and inspect two gas fireplaces. Jordon the tech for Sundance did an over the top outstanding job. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, then patiently listened to my questions and concerns and address all of them. He explained everything he was doing and found an unexpected issues with one fireplace that he confidently fixed. The fireplaces work better now and look much better too. I have to also acknowledge that Jordan was an extremely polite young man that was easy to talk to and a pleasure to have in our home. Job well done, thank you Sundance and thank you Jordon! I recommend giving them a call.

Jordan came to check on my direct vent gas fireplace today as my pilot light had blown out a few months ago. He was well dressed, extremely polite & very professional. I was immediately impressed. He took care to be tidy & vacuumed after he was done. He was able to clearly answer my questions about service & repair & what some possible options might be if I want to update my 20+ yr. old fireplace. I'll be getting more info I've asked for soon & hope to work further with Sundance Energy Services!! Thank you, Jordan
