Just wanted to say “thank you” to Micheal who helped us get our gas fireplace working. Our fireplace had not been working for a few months and Micheal guided us through troubleshooting the problem, helping us order the correct parts, and installed everything. While it took three visits, he was kind and personable and helped us understand what was working and not working each time. My wife and I felt comfortable having him in our home. He explained to me why my fridge was not working in a way that was easy to understand and explained what he was doing step by step. Same day response to make sure my gas oven was safe to use after an oven fire. Alfred was so wonderful and helpful and went beyond to check everything and help clean my oven!
