Alfred Salvacion was professional, kind and quick in his assessment and solution for our broken dishwasher. He arrived on time, offered to take his shoes off and was very friendly as he fixed the outlet connection for our Bosch dishwasher in Wallingford Seattle on 12/5/2022. The service overall was a 10/10 and I would recommend to friends and family. We had a great experience overall from setting up the appointment till the repair. They gave me the first appointment available. I called them on Saturday and they gave me an appointment to come in and fix my dryer on Monday. The technician called me ahead of time to notify me of the time. Alfred Salvacion was super knowledgeable and quick to disassemble the dryer (<3 minutes) and diagnose the issue. He had a spare at the back of his van that he used to quickly change. The work was very professional and he cleaned up well after the work. He also was nice enough to check out our refrigerator and order some parts for the same. Overall, a very positive experience. Just wanted to say “thank you” to Micheal who helped us get our gas fireplace working. Our fireplace had not been working for a few months and Micheal guided us through troubleshooting the problem, helping us order the correct parts, and installed everything. While it took three visits, he was kind and personable and helped us understand what was working and not working each time. My wife and I felt comfortable having him in our home.
