K Single was recommended to me by roof company (new roofs only) since I originally thought my job was a roof repair (leak). The original roof company wouldn’t follow up with me. K single did a better diagnosis and not only repaired internal water damage but repaired multiple siding areas that contributed to the leak. Great! Had a few small things to fix in my roof, including a leak. I was really impressed with the speed of response - they gave me an estimate within 24 hours of first contact, it took me a week to decide to hire them, and then they completed the work the same day I accepted the estimate. We've had several hard rains since the repairs and no more leaks. Communication was clear and complete including photos of all work done. No complaints. Service: Roof repair
