Sound Roofing Systems

We had a tree fall on our new roof during the last wind storm. I called twice to get a quote on repair with no response. We had to do our own patching and then called another company to help us repair the damage. It makes me question their warrenty. Would they stand behind it and show up if we needed help? Its disappointing that they wouldn't at least return one of my phone calls.

Vince ( he is the owner/sales)was very straightforward and his quote for the roofing was quite competitive. He was not pushy. The roofers came on time and were exceptionally professional. Each time they explained what they were doing. We had requested not to install if there was a chance of rain. The roofers were accommodating and understanding. There were few glitches, like ordering the incorrect skylight, but they resolved it quickly. The foreman, Manuel Sanchez, Brandon and others were real professionals. The roof had a flat section and the installer was very thorough and one could see he had many years of experience. I sat with the installers on the roof while they installed the roof, so experienced it first hand their work ethics. I would definitely recommend Sound Roofing. The roof was completed on time, and the work quality was exceptional.

We did a lot of research and obtained a handful of quotes. They scheduled us about 1-2 months out and showed up on time everyday for 5 days. We have a pretty big roof. They finished right before rains came. They were professional and reasonably priced with all the right certifications, high quality materials, and good warranty. We did not have to pay any crazy up front deposit. We were happy with the work they did. Service: Roof installation
