As President of a 67 unit, 11 buildings HOA just finishing a reroof and gutter replacement project , I found Leak Seal more than met my expectations. The job included skylight replacement and thereby coordination with individual unit owners. Rich was on top of the project and always available by phone or email. He kept the Board informed throughout the project. The crew was clean, quiet and moved through smoothly with no major problems. The roof on my house needed replacing. The previous owners had patched it too many times. Paul bid the job and was great, informative and not pitchy(I HATE when they are sleezy salesmen). Everything went exactly how Paul said the process would go. The work crew of 3 was efficient and wasted no time. They cleaned up everything. It only took the 3 man crew two days to complete the entire job from start to finish. I've seen 5 men crews do it in one day but they park their trucks everywhere and clog up the street. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the smaller crew and the less traffic. You get what you pay for and Leak Seal is definetly worth the dollar!!!

Great company with friendly professional staff. The job came in on time on budget and the work looks fantastic. Employees were politer and professional, cleaning up after themselves and making sure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them for Roof repair or replacement!
