We'd used Apollo previously, so called them when we had another job. Both David and Noah responded and worked on our issues. They came out as scheduled, viewed the situation, explained what work they would be doing and gave us an estimate. We approved and they went to work. We paid only the estimated amount. Geoff and Bradley were early which is rare for service calls, Geoff was knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping me not only do a reset on my toilet seal but also went over my home inspection with me and letting me know that the inspector was wrong about a few things and saved me some money. Also the woman Alex who scheduled me got me in next day and was a delight on the phone. I would definitely use Apollo again. Service: Toilet repair

Maurice was terrific- friendly and personable and VERY professional. He took the time to explain what was needed for each repair and why it needed to be done. He also brought our attention to other issues that needed addressing, but did not pressure us to get everything done immediately. When asked to prioritize health and safety issues, he was able to break the job down into now projects (health & safety issues) and later projects (things that should be done, but can wait until the budget allows).
