Henrick Heating and Cooling sent a specialist out within hours to deal with our AC that completely stopped working. The tech was able to expeditiously locate the issue and repair the unit as well as take care of our biannual tuneup in the same visit. He was very polished and did a special job clarifying the issue and proposed fix!!
