The heating and cooling service I received exceeded my expectations. The team was knowledgeable and resolved my HVAC issues quickly.

Made an appointment because my heat went out. Charged me $179 over the phone. My appointment was between 1-4pm. Around 330pm I still hadn't heard anything so I called and they informed me they had to reschedule for Monday. I was so upset. The woman over the was incredibly rude. I told her I was upset and if they knew they couldn't fit me into the schedule why did they set the appointment. She hung up on me. I would never use a company that doesn't consider their customers time. Incredibly rude. Poor service. Really disappointing. Take your business elsewhere. Service: Heating system repair

Wasted my time and left me in a lurch! Called them Friday 12/2 @ my furnace shutting down whenever the temp drops below freezing. That's a real problem in December! Earliest appointment available was Monday 12/5 between 8-11am. That was sooner than some others I had spoken to, so I booked it. Email confirmation received - good to go. But on Monday, nobody called, nobody came. Called 3 times to check status. I was told twice that tech was delayed and would call to let me know when he was coming. Nothing. I called again at 3:45pm on status and the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been cancelled. What?! Why?!. "The tech cancelled it. He can't do it. Sorry." Chandler had cancelled my appointment -- without even telling me! When I asked her what they could do to correct the situation she said they could reschedule - but the earliest appointments are over a week away. Seriously. Maybe I'm a rare exception, but if this is how they take care of customers, count me out. Also -
