We had an AC unit added to our home by Climate Pro. We obtained 3 bids from different HVAC companies and Warren offered the best price by far. They showed up on time for all their appointments, bid, install day and the next day for wrap-up. Warren graciously answered all of my various questions throughout the process. They wore masks all the time in this COVID era, they protected the carpets and wore booties and were respectful of our property. The install looks so clean and tidy. I never write reviews, but Climate Pro is so good I had to! Warren was able to fit me in immediately when my house was getting colder by the minute. He was able to quickly figure out what was going wrong, took pictures so he could explain everything and then fixed the furnace without leaving a trace! His prices are reasonable and he does quality work. A couple of years ago, he replaced the furnace at my mom's place - again, very clean and reasonable on the price. He also does an awesome cleaning/maintenance job - you won't be disappointed. Five stars and a big thumbs up!

We've worked with Warren for over 10 years now. Warren has installed AC at my old house as well as new furnace and AC at my new house. Warren is considerate, thoughtful, and patient in explaining things to me and my husband. I read reviews about bad technicians from other companies and you won't have to deal with that here as Warren owns his own business and therefore service is always great. Give him a call, you won't regret it.
