We've been working with Greenwood Heating for years, to our satisfaction. We do our annual heating maintenance with them. This week Eric and Samuel from the Lynnwood location installed a new attic furnace in our home. They did an excellent job protecting our floors and paint while working. They also diagnosed missing items in our previous install and immediately ordered what was needed for a safe and complete installation. The job was completed without a problem as scheduled. We have been using Greenwood Heating & Air for about 3 years now for annual maintenance - always good service and easy to work with the office for scheduling. This year, for first time ever, our heat pump stopped turning on for cooling or heating, although air was still circulating. Luis came to check on it and diagnosed the problem quickly. Luis made the full repair and checked out our system thoroughly. Luis was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. New to the WA state.. read a lot of reviews and picked greenwood for furnace replacement and heat pump installation. They are very professional on time. Matt and Dakota came along with few others for a big 3 day job as I had to add few more registers as well.. I picked Daikin and I am happy with my choice so far.
