We needed to reroof our house, I met with many roofing companies to get the estimate on the project, picked Four Seasons roofing company. The technician Chandler showed up and did a very thorough and professional inspection of my roof, explained everything that was going on and offered us a great roofing product, probably the best on the market, at a great price. I was also glad to receive free financing for a whole year. They helped me apply for the loan, that was very fast and easy. They also took care of my permit from the city. So far I am very pleased, they are always available to answer all my questions, put my worries to rest and make the whole process as smooth as possible for me. Looking forward to starting the project tomorrow, I will follow up soon when the work is complete. Four Seasons Roofing has been my go-to roofing contractor for 5 years. They have replaced 12 multi-family building roofs so far and repaired roofs on another 4 properties. Each time they have provided clear estimates, accurate time estimates and quality workmanship. I trust Travis’s advice on roofing and have great confidence in his team’s craftsmanship. Do would not recommend this business to anyone that needs a roof repair. I placed a down payment for roof repairs on 9 Dec and was told to wait for the production team to call. I had waited for almost a week and on 15 Dec, I finally reached out to Four Seasons Roofing only to be told that they were scheduling 2-4 weeks out. Today is 4 Jan and I once again reached out to Four Seasons Roofing to see when they will be scheduling my roof repairs, but only to be told that the scheduling is like 6-8 weeks out!!! I had received no phone call from this company to let me know about any further delays… that is, until I called them. They said that the holidays and other storms it has put them behind… if they would have been better at communicating with the customer, I would not be leaving this review. Now, I am search for another company to come out and complete my roof repairs. UPDATE: Hired another local roofing company that completed the repairs on 5 Jan for 2/3 the cost. According to other
