Had my washing machine back- up into my kitchen sink on Saturday. Called to have someone come out. Showed up first thing Monday and got it all cleared. Professional and timely. Wish there were weekend working hours available. Service: Drain cleaning
My wife and I had a appointment with Andrew & his partner to check the slow draining of water in our sinks & showers. The two gentlemen inspected, made their assessment, and suggested that this was a small issue, which I would be able to handle on my own, saving me about $400. Their honesty, integrity, and professionalism proved that customer service is not dead and there are companies that don’t focus on making a sale at all cost. It also proves to me, that when or if I have an issue with plumbing in the future, my choice has clearly been solidified on who I shall be calling. Thanks again for being honest and upfront with us.
