Robert and Team have become my go-to for some years now. Illuminate was given to me as a referral for my Hot-Tub some 10 years ago. Since, have replaced old panels, interior lighting, run new lines, and so much more... As I write this the team was just out to the house to service a warranty issue. They got back to me quickly, on time as scheduled, and repaired without question. I was reminded of how I've never shared my experience, and wanted to do so. This is the type of service I have grown to appreciate with Illuminate, James specifically. Both Robert and James have always gone out of their way. They are fair, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, stand behind their work, and make it easy to work with them. They've always made me feel my efforts and (home) endeavors are important, and I appreciate that. I'd highly recommend Illuminate LLC. Best experience! Illuminate Contracting LLC was sent to our home to by our warranty company to assess malfunctioning bathroom fans. They removed one fan and assessed it was undersized and recommended we request an upgrade package from our warranty company and pay the difference. They placed the existing fan back in place. They could not get the second fan down from the ceiling but advised the same regarding an upgrade. We took them up on the recommendation to request an upgrade, but during this process discovered Illuminate had invoiced the warranty company for about $400 worth of work - claiming they replaced one of the fans, which is not true. I called Illuminate and spoke to Robert who insists I am lying, but would not provide the invoice showing the work was done because "we are not the customer, the warranty company is." It is our word against theirs and we'd have to pay more money to have another company come out to prove who is correct. Honestly, Robert accused me of trying to get something out
