Steve Anderson the owner of this company is not a stand up man or business owner. His employees don’t know what to do because he does not communicate with them and he does not take responsibility for the incorrect sloppy work they do- if they show up. Damaged and WROTE on finished walls doing finish work, ripped drywall, broke a 60 year old stained glass window and have no common sense on where to put outlets and lights (even when pictures clearly marked) estimated job $17,000 I’ve paid $25,000 to him currently and this project is still not done. Charged me for things his workers never did or finished and they left early every time I was there but I was charged for full days. Do not trust this company. Not trustworthy or good people - I paid when he asked and I had to text and call him over and over him to get people out to work and almost every time they came out they would mess something up. Do your research or pay premium for poor workmanship and service. Very disappointed

Dishonest overpriced unprofessional work Do not hire these electricians Steve Anderson the owner doesn’t have a clue what goes on the jobs while he seems to be on vacation any time he’s needed. He doesn’t own up to mistakes made and wants you to pay to fix the sloppy bad work.

I hired Steve Anderson and BB Electric to order and install four Infratec dual element heaters on our outdoor covered patio with power switches for each heater element. Steve visited the property himself to discuss the best placement and options for running conduit. Once the heaters arrived, they were installed within days. Steve sent two electricians who are courteous, timely, and professional. They did impressive work and I won’t hesitate to use BB electric again. Steve was even happy to talk about the one negative review he received and after hearing the circumstances I discounted the review and was very happy to proceed with him. I am extremely happy with the results Services: Installation, Light fixture installation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch installation
