My tub faucet had dripping issue even now it’s still dripping after turning off. I was hoping to get it fully stopped without dripping for like minutes. The technician came but he didn’t even want to turn on or off just saying it’s fixed and it’s normally having dripping as long as it’s stopped. I’m not sure it’s right having it drip but there wasn’t any dripping issue before. And that’s the reason I wanted them to come to check and fix it. But he didn’t want to check at all. All he said it’s fixed and good as long as it’s stopped the end. Please advice. Service: Faucet repair
SINCE MY CRITICAL REVIEW A MANAGER HAS CALLED APOLOGIZED AND DISCUSSED MY CONCERNS. HE WAS VERY NICE AND OFFERED A PARTIAL REFUND WHICH WAS PAID TO ME PROMPTLY. I THANKED HIM FOR HIS FOLLOW UP. I ADJUSTED MY RATING UP. $1500+ to replace a 6" piece of copper pipe charge $675 hour. Had emergency repair of a punctured pipe. They came in a timely fashion next day. I showed where the leak was. they gave me an estimate of $843 to cut a hole in the wall (not repair the hole) and evaluate. The leak was just above where they had cut so the cut another hole just and found the leak in copper pipe and replaced 2.5 hours.... I tried calling to speak with someone in billing they would not return my call. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
We were having inconsistent hot water coming from our tankless. Joe came out and troubleshot the problem clearly explaining how the system works. Once the issue was diagnosed, he quickly fixed it, again explaining each step. I appreciated the thoroughness and prevention methods. Service: Water heater repair
