I called once to request service, but no one got back to me.
I discovered no water to my house at 6pm on Saturday evening. I called Harbor Electric Service and Jeremy answered! After I explained the situation he said “I’ll be right over.” After troubleshooting it was determined that I had a faulty well pump controller. Jeremy hopped in his truck and drove over to Mclendons hardware in Tacoma to get a new controller. He returned and replaced the controller and the water was back on! Rarely have I seen this kind of responsiveness, commitment and service! If it weren’t for Jeremy I would have had to wait until Monday with no water. What a kind and compassionate person! I cannot give enough praise or a higher recommendation! Thanks again Jeremy!!! Service: Electrical panel repair
