Two employees came to my parents home to do a quote. During that time on of the employees fell through the ceiling. My TV was also damaged as it was below the spot he fell through. They ended up covering up the damage with a plastic bag “just to cover it up in the meantime while we get the repairs started.” I’m not going to even begin to talk about the contract portion itself, but this company’s employee kept stating that they would take care of this because they were self insured. This photo was taken the day they came to the home May 16, 2023, and to this day I have not hear anyone from this company reach out to give me any updates on repairs.
Had a very pleasant experience today with the Daniella representatives Azad and Mikeal. They were very professional, gave informative information regarding their product. They are well aware of their company’s history and products they are selling. We signed with them to purchase a new roof for our home. Was Very impressed
