Jerry was the first electrician that actually picked up the phone when we called. He came over the same day to give us an estimate for our panel replacement and hot tub installation. Thomas did the work and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was a multi day project and they kept us in the loop and were flexible with us for scheduling the day that we would be without power for the panel replacement. Both Jerry and Thomas talked directly to me when I asked questions and didn't just talk to my husband. I would highly recommend ESSCO and will use them again for any electrical needs. I called not expecting any service until later in week but Alexi showed up less than 2 hours after my call to analyze a circuit breaker issue. He was able to trace the problem & fix in short order at a reasonable cost. Entire staff from receptionist to technician (Alexi) were great to deal with.
