Dayco Heating & Air Conditioning

I had initially called another company to come out and fix my a/c, but I was not impressed by the customer service, or what their solution was. So I called Dayco and I am SO glad I did. The tech Seth was absolutely AMAZING!! He was very kind and I could tell he cared about his job. He fixed everything and my a/c works great! Thank you, Seth! You made this experience wonderful! We started looking for a new HVAC unit this summer, as our ancient unit from the 90s has been acting up, and the cool finally quit working this spring. Justin has been a great sales rep, guiding through every step along the way. He was always the fastest to answer my questions and show me all the information in a quote. He also made it a point to sell us what we NEED, even talking us OUT of purchasing some options that he thought were unnecessary for our situation. My wife and I were very impressed. A day after the installation was complete, the company was very quick to respond when I said the cool air stopped. They showed up within an hour and even gave us a free upgrade for the trouble. Carl and Estaban was very Professional, knowledgeable and courteous every step of the way/process. They both had their individual jobs and they both had a big task at hand to remove 2 completely different 29 year old systems to install 1 new awesome system. They had to install new sections of duct work to tie 2 systems duct work down to one system, what a job they had to do. Dayco was also very Friendly and inquired about our needs. My wife is going through Chemotherapy treatments for cancer so they brought in 2 stand alone AC systems to help keep her cool ???? and comfortable now that is what I call Excellent customer service ???? ????????. The job took 2 days to complete but Carl n Estaban was awesome every step of the way. You just can't expect any better customer service Techs with the knowledge they have. Victor came out for a awhile too and helped Carl with the duct work awesome help there too. And then there's Dan the sales Rep, awesome man and very helpful with getting the ball
