May 2017 Seth and the staff are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. June 2018Had another issues I needed professional help a year after receiving exceptional service from Seth and his team. This year I called up after forgetting how helpful Seth was last year. I was describing the issue I was having and Seth without skipping a beat corrected me know the type of equipment I was working with from a year later. I had the phone on speaker phone and even my coworkers were shocked by how knowledgeable and helpful Seth was with handling my issue. Dude went the extra mile to make sure I had the stuff I needed and I couldn’t have asked for better service. 2018 Had a miscommunication about a small purchase with a representative. Talked with Michele in lightning and was able to solve the issue. She handles the issue professionally and quickly to meet a resolution. Thanks again!

Horrible experience with these people. I was involved in an accident with one of their employees in their parking lot. The VP signed a paper claiming no fault after reviewing the video. Then they put in a claim to my insurance saying I was at fault. Don't trust what they tell you.

Terrible customer service, I know showing you at closing is bad, but if your hours are until 1 pm and you lock your doors at 12:55 pm, then just change your hours. Rude and and disrespectful. If you don’t like your hours and want to leave early then find another job. These employees are ridiculous. Never been to s store that doesn’t want to help their customers more than anyone else. This was the irrigation side, the guy just shrugged his shoulders and yelled "Were closed". Should just be closed on Saturdays.
