Only takes care of what needs taking care of...no up selling or unnecessary charges for unnecessary service or repairs. They recently replaced our furnace and heat pump. Steve Horst came over and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Had my AC running like a champ in less than 30 minutes. Steve is "honest " which is a huge plus. I had other local big HVAC companies try to get me to buy a new system unnecessarily just so they can rake in the money. Oh well, I'm done with those companies . Horst is where my loyalty is from now on.
