New install, not satisfied yet, been battling downfalls, they have been great responding, just hope they can make it right….. post updates along the way, So far great service after new install, but not cooling yet…. Thankful for the techs, but looking for closure, can’t wait for them to do what's right. Go team……. New Update, MADE it right! They came through huge… can’t be more impressed, stand behind their work and word. Made it right and can’t be more happier. Recommended them big time, now having to wear a hoodie in the middle of July or turn down the cooling. Thanks, Jacobs and Rhodes ???? I want to give Hank, Max, and Javier a big thumbs up. They were professional, courteous and responsive to the needs of the customer. It was actually like they weren't there. Obviously, there is going to be some noise based on the type of work being done, however; I really didn't notice it. Good job guys and thank you from a grateful patron. One thing. Don't ever use those cards anymore with the QR codes. You know what I mean.
