Cody was great to work with - very professional. He and his team installed a new A/C and replaced an existing furnace for us. They handled all the problems our old house and ductwork threw at him and completed the job in 1 day. The reviews you see here are spot on. Brush is a solid, reliable, transparent business. My hat is off to Cody and Jared who came in and installed a new furnace and heat pump. While testing and figuring out that the airflow in the existing vents was not ideal, they went the extra mile and saw an opportunity to fix some deficiencies of the ductwork. I felt they cared about me as a customer and my satisfaction. Honestly, a superb experience. We tried other businesses previously for maintenance requests and quotes, but between the lack of timely responses or their sales pressure, they are inferior to Brush. Cody and his team are super responsive and quite sharp in their skills. They corrected setup problems that other competing technicians didn't notice (or perhaps didn't care to fix.) Overall I recommend Brush because of their exceptional quality and customer interaction. I felt well taken care of and they will be my go-to for regular maintenance and any imponderables.
