I have been working with Performance Mechanical for over 20 years. They have been incredible to work with, very professional, responsive, great customer service and their technicians are highly qualified. Highly recommend using them. They abandoned me after initial installation of new units. The unit has been just over one year. They don't even tell me what is the reason for not servicing my unit. They won't come to check when something is wrong with unit. It is very fishy and unprofessional.

I am not a customer of theirs but one of their drivers on 9/28/18 driving car #125 tried to run me off the road for merging in front of him on a two lane road turning into a single lane. It was absolutely uncalled for and not only unprofessional but illegal and extremely dangerous. Was luckily able to snap photos and a short video which was sent to Seattle PD but this was absolutely dangerous and this driver should not be on the road for this company. I hope this company takes responsibility for their drivers actions before more lives are put at risk. It’s unfortunate that someone decided to use an aggressive driving strategy while school buses were in use putting the life of our youth in danger. What poor judgement to reflect on Performance Mechanical Group. Wishing them the best for improvement on their public safety rules because at the current standard, it puts our families and youth at risk.
