I couldn’t believe how great this repair turned out! Plumbers and contractors quoted thousands of dollars to replace my shower when Miracle Methods repaired it for a fraction of the price. You can’t even notice anything was ever damaged. Seriously, cannot recommend this company enough!

The way a company responds to a problem is a critical indicator of whether or not it's worth doing business with them. I had my entire shower and tub refinished, but there were multiple problems with the initial service in terms of quality, communication, and responsiveness. Thankfully they reached out afterward, redid the job, and set things right. I'm not thrilled that it took more than one attempt to complete my project successfully with acceptable quality, but at the end of the day they did the right things and I'm a satisfied customer. I am so pleased with my refinished bathtub!! It looks brand new! Ismael did a great job of explaining the process, masking the room for overspray and prepping the tub for the glaze. He took really good care of everything in the bathroom to ensure that there was no accidental damage. The work was completed in 3 hours vs. the 4 hours promised. The toilet and sink were available for use after that time. Only wish that I had thought to grab my toothbrush before the room was masked. Service: Bathtub refinishing
