Full disclosure, I haven't used their services or otherwise interacted with them. That said, not a great look for your drivers to be making illegal lane changes/entries into the HOV lane on 167 northbound where there is a double-white line. Might want to bring it up company wide so you don't let a culture of complacency develop.
We needed a new hot water tank. After getting several quotes, we selected Drain Pro, and am very happy we did. They worked with us in selecting exactly what we needed, showed up as scheduled, we're very friendly and professional, and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing services.
Drain Pro was our 2nd bid. The firstbid was Hart's Plumbing for $7000 to replace a water heater!!! We said no so they dropped it to$6000. We think Hart's Plumbing tried to gouge us because we are senior citizens. Drain Pro arrived the day after we called. The two guys were professional and friendly. We paid 1/3 what the other company quoted. We will always use Drain Pro for future plumbing needs!!
