I would highly recommend NW Climate Control don’t see a reason for all the negative reviews here, they quick to respond, the service tech was very clear about the issue and fixed everything very quick. So Our furnace died in the middle of the night and it was freezing in the morning in our house, couldn’t get anyone to come out for couple days and help us. When we reached out to Nw Climate, technician showed up in the new hour, inspected the furnace and found the problem. In less than 20 minutes restored the heat in the house. They have also recommended for us to change our old 16 year old furnace to higher efficiency furnace to save on our monthly bill. At that time they had a promotion going on for furnace and heat pump bonded. After thinking about it for few weeks we have decided to go with it. We called them back and got on their schedule.
