We had a water leak at our water shutoff inside our wall in our laundry room. Corey came out and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. There was already water damage, so he referred us to another (excellent) water damage restoration company. We scheduled for Corey to come back out to install a new water shutoff since ours was aging and out of code, and he had all work done quickly and efficiently. The arrival window was fair and accurate. Corey worked cleanly and the shutoff and associated plumbing was expertly completed. The site was kept clean and our house wasn't filthy when the work was done, which we appreciated. Corey is friendly and good at his job. The office staff were very helpful, courteous and easy to work with. They always called ahead to confirm times and gave us warning before he arrived. The entire operation was smooth and efficient. Contacted Pike Plumping to replace our leaking water heater and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism. The heater installation is in the crawl space and required some ingenuity to get the new heater with larger dimensions than the older discounted model to fit.
