Had these guys come out and fix a unit which they did not install. Another company installed it 13 months ago. We have had nothing but issues with it ever since. CBC Plumbing came out once and figured out the issue and is in the process of repairing (waiting for a manufacturer part). I then needed a new unit for the other side of our house after a remodel. Called these guys back and so glad I did. They had to run new ducting and a new unit. They were clean, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I originally called CBC Plumbing to get a second opinion after another firm came to my home over 2 years ago. The first firm spent 15 minutes and gave me a bid for $3500 for new coils and told me I had a coolant leak. The Technicians from CBC Plumbing the last 2 years have done a full evaluation of our system, replaced a couple parts that have worn out (11 year old system) capacitor, added a small amount of refrigerant the first service, and it’s been fine ever since. I feel very good about CBC Plumbing technician’s level of expertise and willingness to explain what was being done. So thankful I asked for this second opinion years ago.
