Happy with the customer service all the way through the process. Timely scheduling. They even skipped a day of work at our request. No way to know how the roof will hold up yet but overall everything has been great.
The whole process from start to finish was great. Max was professional yet laid back at the same time. The service was not only excellent but done within 3 days. We had a hole in our roof from a wind storm and they made sure to make us a priority so we did not receive anymore water damage. I’m stoked we chose these guys! I contacted ProRoofingNW to see if they did moss removal on roofs. I was told yes I am contacting a few other places to get estimates along side the Proroofing NW. I liked what I heard and had them come out and clean the moss off my roof. I had to work during the time they were cleaning it but when I came home, I was very pleasantly surprised that the roof looked great! I would recommend them for roof cleaning, wholeheartedly
