Originally rated 2 stars. Changed to 4. Read below. I had been getting many calls from many different roofing contractors when I was looking to get work done on my roof. I had been contacted by numerous different people from Pro Roofing in many different ways- Text's, emails, calls, messages... I was able to finally be in contact with a roofing consultant through Pro Roofing. We scheduled an appt. Yet the calls and texts, and emails kept rolling in from Pro Roofing. It wasn't just the other companies, it was Pro Roofing. All telling me to reply to talk about my project and set an appt. I began to question if the appointment I had made didn't actually get scheduled. And since I had put in for time off work for it, I had to check. I called and was told there is no record of an appointment. She would contact the consultant to contact me to set the appointment. I never got that call. I then get an email stating I had never responded and they would "close me out". This is poor communicatio

The whole process from start to finish was great. Max was professional yet laid back at the same time. The service was not only excellent but done within 3 days. We had a hole in our roof from a wind storm and they made sure to make us a priority so we did not receive anymore water damage. I’m stoked we chose these guys! Pro Roofing NW just finished redoing our roof and did a great job. Not only were they price competitive but also provide great warranties and left our yard spotlessly clean when they were done. Their crew even worked on Easter weekend to make sure they finished before heavy rains came. First class operation all the way. Service: Roof installation
