IBEX Roof Lacey

We had a leak in a roof due to improper installation. We had multiple companies come give us estimates to replace it prior to IBEX scheduled appt. Cody from IBEX was the first to look, identify the problem, and then tarp it to prevent additional damages. Though they were not the least expensive, the customer service and their policy of yearly checkups sealed the deal. The installation crew was on time, professional and finished the job within the allotted time. They cleaned up all the debris and then combed the yard with magnets. The quality checks with Sam a week later furthered proved their dedication to service as he inspected the job then made one final sweep with magnets to ensure all the nails were found. This company greatly exceeded our expectations in all aspects.

I chose IBEX to roof our family’s new home when we built in 2016. With their helpful advice I was able to choose a roof that fit my own needs, and which would be backed with support from a professional crew if any concerns arose. I was very happy with IBEX’s service and I have been happy with my roof now for over two years. I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my roof, but I would tell anyone they can trust IBEX with theirs.

I recently hired IBEX to remove moss from my roof and clean my gutters. Selina, in the office, and Luke, the contractor, answered all my questions and had wonderful customer service attitudes!
